About Course

This course will teach the concepts of the SC-PS model that helps you to identify, analyze, and solve problems in your supply chain operations.
It is a structured and systematic approach that involves the following steps that you will learn and apply:
Define the problem,Measure the current state, Analyze the data and identify solutions( This step involves using various tools and techniques, such as Pareto analysis, fishbone diagram, 5 whys, brainstorming, and SWOT analysis, to identify and evaluate potential solutions to the problem), Implement the solution,Control and sustain the results.What you will learn can help you to improve the performance and efficiency of your supply chain, as well as to enhance your problem-solving skills and capabilities.

Eligibilities

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, business, management, or economics. A familiarity with supply chain concepts, such as inventory management, demand forecasting, network design, and logistics. A familiarity with Data analytics tools, Excel , MiniTab etc.
