About Course

SCRUM Master - All 4 stages course teaches you how to become a proficient and professional Scrum Master, who can guide and support Scrum Teams through all the stages of Scrum: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure. It covers topics such as Scrum theory and principles, Scrum roles and responsibilities, Scrum events and artifacts, Scrum metrics and reporting, and Scrum scaling and integration. It also prepares you for the Scrum Master certification exams from Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, and other organizations.

Eligibilities

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM):There are no formal prerequisites, but you must attend a CSM course and pass the CSM exam. Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM): TYou must have a valid CSM certification, at least 12 months of work experience as a Scrum Master in the last five years, and attend an A-CSM course. Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM): T You must have a valid A-CSM certification, at least 24 months of work experience as a Scrum Master in the last five years, and attend a CSP-SM course. Professional Scrum Master (PSM): There are three levels of PSM certification: PSM I, PSM II, and PSM III. You must pass the corresponding online exam for each level, and there are no formal prerequisites or courses required. However, it is recommended that you have some Scrum knowledge and experience before taking the exams.
