The course is a type of financial modeling course that teaches how to build a pro forma model for a merger or acquisition transaction. A pro forma model is a projection of the combined financial statements of the acquirer and the target after the deal is completed. Eligibilities

To be eligible for this course, you should have an academic degree (such as PhD, JD, DBA, MBA or Bachelor Degree) and/or a professional designation (such as CPA, CFA, CAIA or equivalent). You should also have some prior knowledge of financial modeling or have completed a 3-Statement Modeling course.
