to specialize in the care of patients who require complex and high-cost medications
for chronic or rare conditions. To become a CSP, a pharmacist must meet certain
eligibility requirements and pass a certification exam administered by the Board
of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS). A CSP course may cover topics such as pharmacotherapy,
reimbursement, fulfillment, outcomes, and patient management
