Stanford’s Advanced Leadership Program

The Stanford Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) is a six-day executive education program designed forleaders who want to enhance their leadership skills and advance their careers. The program covers topics such as strategy, innovation, communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural management. The program also provides opportunities to network with other senior executives, Stanford faculty, and external speakers.
