About Course

The Global Leadership Program (GLP) is a 2-week, intensive leadership development program for high-potential executives. The program aims to help participants develop a global mindset, enhance their strategic thinking, and foster cross-cultural collaboration.
The program consists of four modules:
Global Strategy, Global Leadership, Global Innovation, and Global Negotiation.
The program also includes company visits, cultural activities, and networking opportunities with peers from around the world.
The program is designed for senior executives who want to expand their global perspective, sharpen their strategic skills, and lead change in their organizations.

Eligibilities

The program is designed for senior and upper-middle-level executives who are responsible for strategy and organizational effectiveness in their companies. Applicants must have at least 12 to 15 years of work experience, fluency in written and spoken English, and international exposure (preferred).
