About Course

The course is designed to help current and aspiring board members of public companies learn leading-edge strategies, frameworks, and best practices for making complex and crucial board decisions. The course covers topics such as corporate governance fundamentals, strategy development, executive compensation, succession planning, cybersecurity, financial literacy, ESG, and liability risk.

Eligibilities

The course is intended for current board members of public companies or those recently invited to join a board. The participants need to have at least 10 to 15 years of management experience, be proficient in English, and be committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants.
