About Course

Building Board Expertise on Sustainability is a course that helps board members and executives to understand and oversee the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities for their organizations. The course consists of four asynchronous modules and a live synchronous session, covering topics such as corporate purpose, ESG frameworks, investor expectations, and goal setting.

Eligibilities

The course is suitable for: Board members – new or senior executives who plan to serve on boards in the near future. Professionals from different disciplines, such as law, investor relations, public affairs, policy, media, and communications. Past participants include C-suite executives and senior executives.
