Eligibilities

To be eligible for this course, you need to meet the following criteria You are a senior female leader with eight to 12 years of experience in a leadership role, or an executive or functional manager who aspires to positions of greater influence and authority in your organization, or a mid- or senior-level manager who leads teams or has direct reports, or an entrepreneur or business owner, or someone who is interested in advancing executive women leadership in business. You are proficient in English. You are committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the course. You have submitted an online application form, a resume, and a statement of purpose.
