Case Study 1:


The Challenge

A well-known organization with a prominent reputation had no consistent method with respect to managing supplier relationships. The suppliers’ performance was inconsistent, and they varied across multiple sites. They had a limited understanding of the concerned processes. Their influence was weak over their supplier strategy.
