Provides participants with the knowledge and skills to become certified OD professionals.
OD professionals help organizations diagnose problems, design and implement interventions,
and evaluate outcomes. OD interventions can include strategic planning, organizational design, culture change,
team building, leadership development, and more. The program covers the theories and principles of OD, the OD process,
the OD consulting and communication skills, the organizational design, the HR operating models,
and the organizational culture. The program also includes a capstone project where participants
apply their learning to a real-life case.
