About Course

A Certified Organization Change Professional (COCP) course is a course that prepares participants for the COCP certification exam, which is a credential that demonstrates the ability to apply the best practices of organization change management to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
The course covers topics such as:
The fundamentals and principles of organization change management.
The assessment and diagnosis of the current and desired states of an organization.
The design and development of a change strategy and plan.
The implementation and evaluation of change interventions.
The communication and engagement of stakeholders throughout the change process.
The management of resistance and risks associated with change.
The measurement and reporting of change results and benefits.

Eligibilities

To be eligible for the COCP certification and course , you must meet the following criteria: Have a 4-year degree (or international equivalent) and 4,200 hours (3 years) of change management experience, or Have a secondary education (high school or international equivalent) and 7,000 hours (5 years) of change management experience Complete 21 hours of instructor-led change management training in a program aligned with the Standard for Change Management© in the past 7 years Agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct established by the ACMP Pass the COCP exam.
